Job conditions:

• Position: System Analyst (Internet Banking Team)
• Work schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday - 10:00-19:00.
• Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key functions:

• Identify and analyze business needs through communication with stakeholders;
• Detailed documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, workflows, and business rules;
• Use UML and BPMN diagrams to visually represent business processes and system relationships;
• Collaborate with the technical team to plan and design effective system solutions, including creating sequence diagrams;
• Develop test scenarios and participate in the testing process to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements;
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams during the project;
• Implement new systems and perform other related tasks necessary to achieve the position's goals;

Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of system analysis and design principles;
• Business process modeling and documentation using BPMN standards;
• Ability to create UML diagrams (including sequence diagrams) and use them; ** Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience working with APIs (e.g., using Postman or Swagger);
• SQL knowledge and experience working with databases;
• Experience working with documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Languages: high-level knowledge of English and Russian (written and verbal); Additional qualification requirements:
• Scrum certificates (e.g., PSPO, PSM);

Qualification Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar position.

• Experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage;
