Main functions and responsibilities:

Assessment of the patient's health status, observation of dynamics, and management of clinical risks; Ensuring the process of involving and consulting specialists of the relevant profile according to the patient's clinical needs; Determining the need for additional consultation or referral to another medical institution and coordinating its implementation; Evaluation, interpretation of laboratory and instrumental research results, and preparation of relevant medical conclusions; Production of medical records and documentation in accordance with established standards and requirements.

Qualification requirements:

Higher medical education Possession of a state certificate in the field of internal medicine At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of general principles of medical documentation administration
