What you will do:
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide information on products, prices, availability, payment, delivery, returns, and warranty
- Process online orders daily: verify details, payment, and delivery methods, and update status as needed
- Coordinate orders with stores, warehouse, and courier companies; manage delayed, canceled, and problematic orders
- Receive and resolve claims, returns, and exchanges according to the rules
- Contact customers with abandoned carts and incomplete payments to identify reasons for lost sales
- Upload products and photos to the online store (CS-Cart) and marketing library
- Conduct short telephone surveys, respond to public reviews on Google and Facebook, and prepare weekly reports
