Property Damage Assessor

JSC "Insurance Company GPI Holding" is announcing a vacancy for a Property Damage Assessor position in the NLI Risk and Damage Management Service.

The goal of the position is to ensure fair assessment of property damage in accordance with the guidelines and standards approved by the company, process the information collected at the scene, and determine compliance with the contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Timely and proper processing of information collected by the manager at the scene;
• Preparation of a defective act according to the approved standard;
• Determination of compliance of the defective act with the contract terms;
• Description of damages (causes) and compilation of a textual conclusion;
• Constant monitoring of market challenges and ensuring compliance of approved prices with current market prices;
• Development and optimization of the assessment formation methodology;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the goals of the position.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in construction/engineering);
• Experience in assessing property damage;
• Analytical thinking and ability to compose written conclusions;
• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Attention to detail and organization;
• Effective communication skills and sense of responsibility.
