Your main responsibilities will be
- Realization of goods according to customer applications;
- Preparation of relevant documents as a result of goods realization, invoice issuance, receipt and transfer acts compilation, issuance of consignment notes and invoices;
- Working with a cash register, printing checks;
- Control of cash balances and responsibility for it;
- Control of debtors - checking the contract, setting the customer's limit and ensuring cashless settlement according to the limit.
Qualifications and skills we need
- Higher education, preferably in finance, business administration, accounting;
- Knowledge of office computer programs, especially Excel;
- Experience working with accounting programs (especially experience working with FINA will be considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of English at B2 level is desirable
- Knowledge of office computer programs
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to work in a team;
- High sense of responsibility.
Conditions
- Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (two days off per week)
- Salary: 1200 GEL net
