Position: Pre-Seller/Merchandiser

Workplace: Tbilisi

Work schedule: 5 working days;

Fixed salary of 800 GEL per month + 200 (car maintenance costs) and a bonus (total salary range is 1800-2500 GEL per month).

Payment: Issued twice a month.

Benefits: The company covers fuel costs

The candidate must have their own car.

Functions and responsibilities:

Visit trade objects; Receive / formalize orders; Constantly care about increasing sales; Control and analyze debtors; Control object debts and withdraw funds. Constantly monitor and protect FIFO; Timely response to OUT/OVER STOCK at the trade object and planning/ensuring relevant processes with the manager; Layout of products at the trade object, according to the planogram and FIFO protection principle; Control product prices at trade objects; Monitoring and reflection of regular and promotional prices of products at trade objects; Quarterly monitoring / description of short-term product expiration dates and preparation of a report for the manager; Effective use of advertising materials.

Qualification requirements:

Desirable experience in sales; Desirable higher education; A driving license (category B) is required.

Skills:

Ability to communicate and negotiate; Detail-oriented; High sense of responsibility.
