Store Manager

Founded in 1983 in Istanbul by Eroglu Group, "COLIN'S" has achieved significant success in the global market. The brand, which rapidly developed after opening its first store in Istanbul in 1986, has made great progress on its way to becoming a world-class brand and already has more than 600 stores in 38 countries (including, especially in Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine).

We are looking for a "Store Manager" for COLIN'S store located in Batumi - a brand that offers fashionable products to customers and enjoys great popularity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the implementation of the sales plan defined by the Regional Sales Manager and strives to exceed it;
• Monitors store expenses, develops ways to optimize costs, and eliminates unnecessary expenses;
• Conducts store sales analysis and reports to the Regional Sales Manager;
• Keeps track of industry news and competitor activity; provides information to the Regional Sales Manager;
• Manages store inventory within established target indicators;
• Provides leadership to sales consultants and assists them in fulfilling the sales plan;
• Organizes events to increase staff motivation and productivity.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian, English, or Russian;
• Good communication skills;
• Teamwork orientation;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of current trends in merchandising and product trends;
• Desire for career development in merchandising;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Attention to detail;
• Computer skills (MS Office);
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.

Working Conditions:

• 40-hour workweek;
• 24-day annual leave;
• One day off per week;
• Work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday);
• Salary + bonus.
