What you will do:
Daily checking of store sales and error correction in FINA: returns, payment types (cash, card, installment), cash register and Z-report discrepancies Daily operations and document posting in FINA (commission, overlapping of debtors and creditors) Posting bank operations in all currencies, controlling cash balances Managing electronic invoices and accounts on RS.ge, reflecting incoming information in FINA Organizing store documentation (acts, checks, installment accounts) and assisting them in accounting issues Producing documentation for installments and debtors Participating in month-end closing: extracts, realization, returns, advances Registering new employees on RS.ge and FINA Producing a fuel expense report
