LLC "Linchi", restaurant "Baghi" announces a vacancy for the position of a waiter.

Job purpose:

The aim of the waiter's job is to provide fast, polite, and standard-based service to guests, which contributes to the growth of their satisfaction and loyalty. The waiter is responsible for arranging service spaces, knowing the menu perfectly, and performing orders correctly, which directly affects the guest's overall experience.

Reports to: Director of LLC "Linchi" and Service Manager.

This implies that the employee is authorized to receive tasks/instructions from the accountable persons and is subject to disciplinary actions by the employer in accordance with the labor regulations.

Job requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in the service sector; Knowledge of Georgian and English languages; Be a team player and collegial to achieve common success;

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare the restaurant space at the beginning of the working day - replenish supplies, visually arrange the territory;

2. Before starting work, check the STOP/START positions in the kitchen for that day and share this information with colleagues;

3. Have detailed information about the restaurant's menu, including ingredients and allergens for all food and drinks;

4. Observe the company's uniform standards - appear clean and tidy, fully comply with visual etiquette requirements;

5. Serve guests quickly, politely, and in full compliance with the company's standards;

6. After providing the service, obtain feedback from the guest and, if necessary, share relevant information with the direct supervisor;

7. Actively offer menu items and drinks using sales techniques;

8. Maintain alertness and attention to guests' feedback, make the right reaction, and inform the shift supervisor in a timely manner;

9. In case of negative comments, act promptly - respond adequately or involve the manager;

10. In case of technical malfunctions, immediately inform the direct supervisor to resolve the problem without delaying operations;

11. When there are reservations, ensure the correct placement of guests at tables in accordance with the company's policy;

12. Maintain professional and collegial relationships with employees of all departments - kitchen, bar, administration;

13. Monitor the reflection of orders in the system and the correctness of payment - ensure that all accounts are covered with cash, card, or accrual;

14. After completing the service, fill out and leave the tables in an orderly manner;

15. Before closing the restaurant, ensure the complete arrangement of the space - clean tables, straighten chairs, turn off lighting and music;

16. At the end of each working day, perform system/closing procedures in full compliance with the company's standards.
