Project Manager

Company "Spectra" creates and develops projects in the sports industry that combine media, marketing, events, and digital technologies. Our goal is to help teams and leagues grow their audience, strengthen their connection with fans, and create new commercial opportunities. At this stage, the company's main focus is on basketball.

## Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and manage the full cycle of projects; Define and coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, etc.); Organize kick-off meetings, effectively communicate project ideas to involved teams, and reach agreements; Plan and manage project deadlines, receive preliminary assessments from teams, and monitor their execution; Provide regular reporting to management on project status and results; Evaluate project outcomes and apply lessons learned to plan future projects.

## Qualification Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management; Experience in participating in and managing strategic/large projects; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; High-level English language proficiency (knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus); Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work result-oriented; Knowledge of Jira, Asana, Confluence, Miro, or similar instruments.
