Lead Salesforce Developer
Andersen is hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer for a project migrating a licensing system to Salesforce and streamlining the full theatrical licensing lifecycle. The customer is an international company specializing in technology consulting and business process improvement. The company helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives through modern technology solutions, system integrations, and process automation across various business domains. The project is focused on migrating a theatrical production licensing management system to Salesforce and creating a unified platform for managing the full licensing lifecycle. It covers production catalog management, licensing, royalty collection, and material returns, aiming to streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Leading technical design of the Salesforce solution across multiple business domains. - Defining scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, integrations, and security. - Overseeing implementation of business processes related to catalog/rights, customer and organization management, request intake, contracting, booking lifecycle, fulfillment, royalties, billing, and legal/compliance workflows. - Reviewing and approving technical solutions proposed by other developers. - Establishing development standards, code review practices, deployment approach, and quality controls. - Coordinating cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, including API-based integrations and external partner platforms. - Supporting solution refinement with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders. - Ensuring the maintainability, performance, and extensibility of the delivered solution.
Requirements: - Strong hands-on Salesforce development background for 5+ years. - Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations. - Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, APIs, security models, and deployment practices. - Good understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery. - Ability to translate business process complexity into sustainable technical design. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have: - Experience working with complex commercial or operations-heavy processes. - Commerce B2B certification. - Relevant Architect-level certifications.
Compensation: 3600–5500 EUR per month.
