Construction Project Manager

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager at the development company "Blox" (https://blox.ge/).

We welcome candidates with experience in managing the full cycle of construction projects. Experience in managing residential or multifunctional complexes will be considered an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

Organization, management, and coordination of the construction project planning, implementation, and completion process in accordance with established goals, deadlines, and requirements. Development, periodic update, and monitoring of the project implementation plan and relevant procedures. Management of the project budget, cost control, and monitoring of compliance with the approved financial plan. Ensuring the implementation of project activities within the established calendar schedule and planning corrective actions as needed. Conducting negotiations with parties involved in the project, including contractors, designers, suppliers, and other interested parties, and ensuring effective communication. Organization, management, and monitoring of tender procedures, coordination of the selection process for relevant contractors and service providers. Review, coordination, and monitoring of compliance with project requirements for work performed by designers (architects, structural engineers, engineers, and other specialists). Determination of necessary activities for each critical phase of the project, planning of work, and establishment of deadlines for their implementation. Supervision of the construction project's progress, monitoring of the quality, volume, and compliance of completed work with approved design documentation. Verification, coordination, and management of project documentation, plans, drawings, and work volumes. Effective communication with contractors, designers, and other parties involved in the project on issues related to the project's progress. Identification of technical, organizational, and other issues within the project, coordination with relevant parties, and monitoring of their resolution process. Management and coordination of the process of completing construction work, preparing the facility, and accepting the project. Preparation and submission of various types of reports related to the project, including reports on completed work, deadlines, budget, and existing issues.

Main requirements:

Higher education in construction engineering, project management, or a related field; At least 3-5 years of work experience in construction project management; Experience in managing construction project planning, implementation, and completion processes; Ability to read and analyze construction documentation, design drawings, and technical documentation; Experience in managing budget, calendar schedule, and project resources; Experience in collaborating with contractors, designers, suppliers, and other parties involved; Knowledge of tender procedures and procurement processes; Knowledge of construction standards and regulations High-level proficiency in MS Office, including Excel; Experience working with project management programs (MS Project, Archicad, Autocad, or other relevant programs)
