Warehouse Operations Analyst

Company "Aversi-Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Operations Analyst.

The main goal of this position is to analyze warehouse data, assess operational efficiency, and prepare recommendations for process improvements. The employee will be involved in the implementation and automation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide analytical support during the implementation phase and after the systems are launched.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Lilo, Kobakhidze St. №33

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of warehouse processes and operational data, checking data accuracy, and identifying opportunities for improvement; Preparing data for WMS implementation and automation projects; participating in describing processes and requirements, testing systems, and checking data accuracy; Developing key performance indicators (KPI), reports, and analytical tools; participating in describing the rules for calculating indicators; Regular reporting, analyzing deviations between planned and actual indicators, and their causes; Analyzing the issuance and turnover of commodity items, including periodic ABC analysis; preparing recommendations for optimal placement in the warehouse, considering product characteristics and storage conditions; Assessing the workload and productivity of work posts, shifts, and teams; preparing recommendations for effective task distribution; Collaborating with the warehouse, IT, and project teams to analyze data discrepancies and operational gaps; evaluating and monitoring the results of implemented improvements.

Requirements:

Higher education in Logistics, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analysis; At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data/operational analysis; Knowledge of basic principles of warehouse processes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and automation; High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Ability to process, analyze, visualize, and report data; Ability to assess operational indicators, productivity, and workload, and prepare justified recommendations; Basic knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable; Experience working with WMS and ERP systems, as well as knowledge of databases and other reporting programs, will be considered an advantage.
