We are looking for a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Merchandising Manager to join our professional team to effectively implement current and planned activities.
Job location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time Salary: 4000 GEL
Main responsibilities:
- Product category and assortment management;
- Analysis of sales and product turnover;
- Monitoring of market and customer demand;
- Participation in the process of finding new products and brands;
- Monitoring of product prices and margins;
- Identification of low-turnover products and initiation of relevant solutions;
- Control of product presentation and placement standards;
- Coordination with purchasing and sales teams.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in Merchandising, Category Management, or Product Management;
- Experience in analyzing sales and product turnover;
- Good/high level of Excel knowledge;
- Experience in managing product categories;
The candidate's experience will be considered an advantage:
- Experience working in the field of furniture, interior, decor, or renovation materials;
- Experience working in visual merchandising;
- Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
