Marketing Project Manager

At Petra Group, we are developing distinctive real estate and hospitality destinations in Georgia, including projects in Gudauri and Tsikhisdziri. Our developments combine residential, hospitality, and lifestyle offerings with a focus on quality and long-term value.

Position Overview We are hiring two proactive and highly organized Marketing Project Managers: one dedicated to our Gudauri development and one dedicated to our Tsikhisdziri development. Each employee will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activities for their assigned project, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with sales, digital marketing, project teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Planning & Execution - Build and maintain marketing activity plans, timelines, deliverables, and priorities for the assigned project. - Coordinate campaign launches and project-specific marketing initiatives with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Lead. - Track progress, manage dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate marketing needs around project launches, milestones, presentations, and events.

Content, Creative & Brand Coordination - Coordinate the development of brochures, presentations, social media assets, videos, signage, and other sales and marketing materials. - Brief and manage designers, copywriters, production vendors, and agencies; consolidate feedback and approvals. - Ensure materials are accurate, current, and consistent with the positioning and brand guidelines of the assigned project.

Sales & Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with the sales teams to identify marketing material needs, gather customer feedback, and support lead follow-up processes. - Coordinate with project, development, and other internal teams to keep marketing messages aligned with actual project progress and approved information. - Maintain clear communication between the Head of Marketing, sales teams, agencies, and external partners.

Digital Channels & Reporting - Coordinate updates to project websites, landing pages, listings, and online real estate platforms. - Work with the Digital Marketing Lead on assets, timing, offers, and campaign execution; monitor delivery rather than own performance marketing strategy. - Collect campaign and lead-flow updates, prepare concise status reports, and flag delays, gaps, or risks.

PR, Events & On-Site Activities - Support project-related PR, media placements, property presentations, site visits, and promotional events. - Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendors for on-site activities at the assigned project, including site visits as needed.

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing project management, or a similar role. - Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage deadlines, and deliver multiple marketing activities within a project. - Familiarity with digital marketing workflows, including Meta and Google campaign environments. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail. - Experience in real estate, hospitality, construction/development, or premium brands is a strong advantage.
