Contact Center Operator

Company "Orbi" announces a vacancy for a Contact Center Operator position. "Orbi" is one of the leading development companies in the region, creating modern residential, commercial, and investment spaces and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Location: Batumi Work schedule: Flexible / Shifts Remuneration: To be agreed upon

Main responsibilities: - Responding to incoming calls and text messages; - Providing accurate, comprehensive, and timely information to customers; - Receiving and effectively coordinating complaints with relevant departments; - Correctly reflecting, updating, and documenting data in the system; - Ensuring a high standard of customer service; - Adhering to internal procedures and company policies.

Requirements: - Good verbal and written communication skills; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage); - Basic knowledge of computer programs; - Experience working in a similar field will be considered an advantage.

Personal qualities: - Communicability, organization, and attention to detail; - Ability to work in a stressful environment; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to manage tasks and time effectively; - Customer orientation.
