Medical Representative

The medical products importer company "Medcore" announces a vacancy for the position of Medical Representative.

The company "Medcore" has been operating successfully in the Georgian market since 2014 and offers innovative and modern products to the healthcare sector in the fields of aesthetics, dentistry, and medicine.

Workplace: Tbilisi Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00-19:00 Remuneration: on average 2,500 - 3,000 GEL (including bonus)

Main duties and responsibilities: - In-depth study of the company's product range, technical characteristics, and usage specifics; - Planning, organizing, and developing business relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical institutions, and relevant profile doctors; - Effective presentation of the company's products, provision of consultations, and conducting negotiations; - Finding new customers, forming partnership relationships, and developing the existing base; - Fulfilling sales plans and constant monitoring of results; - Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs, processing relevant information, and submitting recommendations; - Collecting, analyzing, and ensuring appropriate response to customer feedback; - Offering new initiatives to improve sales growth and business processes; - Representing the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and other professional events; - Performing other duties and responsibilities related to the position, within the competence, at the direct supervisor's request.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields); - Experience in retail or corporate sales; - Experience in medical sales is desirable; - Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; - Result-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and ability to manage time effectively; - Ability to attract new customers and develop long-term partnership relationships.
