We are looking for a communicative and responsible Chat Manager to work with clients in an online chat.

The work is fully remote - you can work from any point in the world, provided you have a stable internet connection and a PC or laptop.

Main responsibilities

• Communication with clients through online chats and messengers;
• Prompt processing of incoming messages;
• Consulting clients on the company's products and services;
• Identifying customer needs;
• Working with objections and accompanying the client;
• Working according to ready-made instructions and company standards;
• Maintaining a high level of service;
• Achieving set targets.

Requirements

• Literacy in written speech;
• Knowledge of the Russian language;
• Communication skills and friendly attitude;
• Responsibility and attentiveness;
• Ability to quickly respond to messages;
• Willingness to work according to the 4/2 schedule;
• Confident use of PC and messengers;
• Availability of a personal PC or laptop;
• Stable internet connection;
• Experience in sales, customer service, or chat support will be an advantage, but is not required.
