Lead Engineer for Solar Panels

A new and ambitious company planning to operate in the renewable energy market is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Engineer for Solar Panels. Our goal is to provide residential and medium-sized businesses with high-quality solar power plants (rooftop and ground-mounted).

The candidate will play the role of a technical leader, oversee projects, and be involved in forming the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and power calculation of solar photovoltaic systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid) for residential and commercial sectors. Primary site inspections, technical assessment of rooftops and land plots. Determination and selection of specifications for required materials (panels, inverters, structures). Supervision of installation works, control of quality and safety standards. Participation in the selection, training, and management of the installation team. Technical support for the process of connecting to the grid (Net Metering) in accordance with SEMEK (GNERC) regulations.

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in energy, electrical engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of practical experience in designing and installing solar power plants. Proficiency in specialized programs (e.g., PVSyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD). In-depth knowledge of construction and electrical safety standards. Experience in team management or project supervision will be considered an advantage.

Leadership qualities and a high sense of responsibility. Ability to make decisions independently. High motivation to participate in the development of a new business/project.
