Graphic Designer

"AlcoRetail Group" is looking for a Graphic Designer to work on the company's brands: Alcorium, Whisky House, and various wine and alcoholic beverage brands in the group's portfolio.

The position involves daily design support for brands across different communication channels, as well as creating new visual concepts and campaigns within existing brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating visual materials for social media and digital channels; Developing Key Visuals for advertising campaigns and adapting them to various formats; Designing visual communications for retail campaigns and promotions; Creating POSM materials for stores Designing store window displays, branded areas, and other in-store communication; Preparing designs for outdoor advertising and other OOH formats; Adapting existing packaging designs; Working according to various brand Visual Guidelines and creating new visual solutions within their framework; Preparing files for digital and print production.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design; Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; Strong visual thinking and the ability to effectively visualize ideas; Good knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography; Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities; Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality results within short deadlines; Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility; Experience using modern AI design tools will be considered an advantage.
