Product Manager - Bare Metal/Cloud Services

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead our Bare Metal infrastructure product line (physically allocated servers, clusters, network and other infrastructure) within the UGT Cloud team, to ensure long-term growth in competitiveness, market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the market, competitive offers and customer needs;
• Development and implementation of product strategy and development plan;
• Creation of new products and functionality, improvement of existing offers;
• Coordination and management between teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing);
• Management of the product launch, operation and development process;
• Determination and monitoring of product efficiency metrics;
• Determination of Bare Metal catalog standards (SKU, configurations, prices);
• Selection, purchase and inventory control of necessary equipment;
• Interaction with vendors, technical and pricing conditions;
• Involvement in the process of client interest and selection of products;
• Analysis of customer feedback and implementation of relevant changes;
• Monitoring of industry trends and implementation of innovations.

Professional Skills/Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of servers and networks (Bare Metal, virtualization, Cloud services);
• Experience in hardware selection and working with vendors;
• Ability to define product vision, develop strategy and roadmap;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as collaboration with various teams;
• Experience in preparing documentation and formalizing processes.

Languages:

• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and good knowledge of English.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, preferably in IT / Cloud.
