We are looking for a motivated and development-oriented student for an internship position in the Accounting Department.

What will you learn and what will you be involved in?

Daily monitoring of accounting and banking operations on transit accounts;

Primary control of transactions' compliance and accuracy;

Reconciliation of bank statements, primary documentation, and accounting postings;

Control of balances on transit accounts and incomplete operations;

Identification of discrepancies, duplicates, and other possible errors in transactions;

Verification of identified discrepancies with relevant responsible employees and status control;

Monitoring of timely completion of transit operations and reflection on relevant accounts;

Data processing and reconciliation using Excel and accounting software;

Organization, systematization, and archiving of accounting documentation;

Identification of opportunities for process improvement and monitoring of relevant activities;

Who are we looking for?

A student in the third or fourth year of bachelor's or master's program; preferably with a background in business administration, finance, or a related field;

Knowledge of office programs at the user level, especially MS Excel;

A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented person;

With a desire to learn and develop;

1. 3. Based on the Candidate's present consent, the Employer declares that it will process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period within the framework of the following: "Bank of Georgia" JSC (TIN 404476205) or any medical institution within its network (for the avoidance of any doubt, a medical institution within the network means any profile company that is a subsidiary and/or affiliated with, and/or under the direct or indirect management of "Bank of Georgia" JSC (hereinafter - the Employer).

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in the case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the case of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Furthermore, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form (written, oral), term of the employment contract, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.

6.
