SMM Manager

We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our furniture company in Batumi.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing the company's social media strategy;
• Daily management of the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.);
• Developing and ensuring the execution of a content plan;
• Planning, creating, and publishing text, photo, and video content;
• Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and other platforms);
• Analyzing social media metrics (Reach, Engagement, Leads) and preparing periodic reports;
• Monitoring timely responses to customer messages and comments;
• Working on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales;
• Constantly monitoring competitors, market trends, and customer behavior;
• Close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to effectively implement campaigns;
• Popularizing promotions, new products, and special offers on social networks;
• Coordinating cooperation with influencers, partners, and external contractors;
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports according to defined KPIs.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in SMM;
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English or Russian is desirable;
• Creative thinking and effective communication skills.

Additional information:

• Work schedule: Hybrid
• Salary: fixed salary of 1000 GEL + bonus based on results (KPI)
