The 4-star hotel "Citrus", located in the center of Tbilisi, offering 36 different categories of rooms, restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Administrator.

Requirements and skills:

• Previous work experience is desirable;
• Knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of computer office programs;
• Ability to work in a mobilized manner, integrity, energy, organization;
• Ability to perform tasks on time;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Good conversational and written skills;
• Communicativeness;
• Politeness towards guests.

Responsibilities:

• Reception, accommodation, and check-out of guests arriving at the hotel.
• Managing client relationships and communication.
• Settlement with guests.
• Answering phone calls and providing necessary information.
• Correct management of hotel room reservations, updating and monitoring information programs.
• Fulfillment of senior manager's instructions and correct coordination of subordinate employees.
• Constant and correct control of hotel service.
