Job Opening: e-Commerce, AI & Content Specialist (Part-time / Mixed Compensation)

Work Schedule: Daily 2-3 hours (Remote / Flexible)

Compensation: Monthly salary of 500 GEL + 8% bonus from sales and agent turnover

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of AI Agents and Tools: Effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) assistants and automated tools for text generation, content structuring, marketing ideas, and optimization of sales processes.

• Management of Site and Online Platform Content: Editing, updating, and timely input of new information for product descriptions and texts.

• Sales Texts: Preparing attractive, marketing-oriented, and SEO-focused content for products and offers (with the help of AI tools or independently).

• Organization of Sales and Agents: Finding, communicating with, and coordinating sales/agents (both human resources and AI sales assistants, platforms), providing informational materials.

• Process Monitoring: Tracking sales dynamics, controlling the efficiency of AI processes, and developing new partnership channels.

Qualification Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and the ability to effectively use them to simplify text/marketing tasks.

• Well-written, refined, and marketing-attractive writing skills.

• Basic experience in site administration and content input.

• Ability to manage/organize sales, communication, and partners.

• High sense of responsibility and ability to effectively manage time.
