Attorney

A law office is announcing a vacancy for an attorney with general specialization and particular experience in the field of civil law.

It is possible to work remotely.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of legal documentation;
• Representation in court, with various institutions, physical and legal persons;
• Production of internal legal consultations;
• Analysis of legal issues and documentation, appropriate response;
• Performance of various legal functions and duties in accordance with the requirements of the legal service.
• Preparation of analytical legal documents, including reports, research, evaluation of legislative initiatives;
• Preparation of applications, lawsuits, complaints and proceedings before administrative bodies and courts, including the exercise of representative powers;
• Assistance in performing administrative functions such as conducting seminars, trainings, presentations and other organizational activities;
• Assistance with other projects of the law office if necessary.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education (a master's degree in civil/administrative law is desirable);
• Excellent knowledge of civil law and experience in analytical work in the relevant field (experience working as an attorney in the field of civil law is desirable);
• At least 2 years of experience in legal practice;
• High-level speaking, writing, and analytical thinking skills in Georgian and English;

Salary rate - 4,500 GEL
