Job conditions:

• Position: Senior Manual Tester
• Work schedule: onsite, Monday to Friday - 10:00 - 19:00.
• Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key responsibilities:

• Complex testing of banking products: functional and non-functional testing of API, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Web platforms.
• API testing: validation of REST/SOAP API requests and responses, integration testing, and preparation of API test case templates (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Working with databases (priority): writing and optimizing SQL queries, checking data integrity and validity during testing.
• Test documentation production: creating, updating, and managing test plans, test cases, and checklists (Jira / Confluence).
• Bug management: identifying, describing, prioritizing, and monitoring the life cycle of bugs.
• Mobile and web testing: inspecting/monitoring network traffic (Fiddler) and diagnosing browser/device-specific bugs.
• Team collaboration: close cooperation with developers, business analysts, and product owners (PO) to ensure requirements analysis and release readiness.

Qualification requirements:

• Work Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in software testing (QA).

• Banking Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking/financial products and business processes.

• API Testing Knowledge: Strong practical experience working with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, HTTP status codes).

• SQL & Databases: Ability to write SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, etc.) independently and work effectively with databases (MS SQL Server).

• Mobile & Web Testing: Knowledge of testing methodologies for Android/iOS applications and web platforms.

• Network Proxies: Experience working with network traffic sniffers (Fiddler).

• QA Tools: Experience working with bug tracking and test management systems (Jira, Confluence, Qase.io).

• Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented, ability to quickly identify problems and establish cause-and-effect relationships.

• Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze problems in-depth and quickly establish cause-and-effect relationships.

• High Sense of Responsibility: Ability to perform tasks on time, qualitatively, and independently.

• Effective Time Management: Ability to prioritize and perform multi-faceted tasks within limited deadlines (Multi-tasking). Adaptability to changes and quick learning: willingness to quickly master new technologies, tools, and business processes.

• Conflict Management and Teamwork: Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, especially when discussing defects.
