Position: Assistant to the Security Manager Location: Bodbe, Kakheti Workplace: Sighnaghi

Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist the department manager in the daily operational activities of the hotel's security, planning and execution of various projects; Prepare the employees' work schedule in a correct and planned manner to avoid increasing the staff unit and ensure proper distribution of labor and remuneration; Conduct meetings with the previous and next shift employees, provide information about daily news; Plan meetings with employees monthly to provide all necessary information; Participate in setting and controlling the achievement of annual goals of security heads and employees; Conduct activities for team unity and motivate employees to achieve team success; Prepare purchase request documents and control the purchasing process; Create and periodically update the department's standard operating procedures; Create and control necessary documentation, presentations, and others as needed; Ensure that hotel internal standards are followed by employees; In case of an emergency or natural disaster, act according to the hotel's emergency organizational plan or any other way; Cooperate closely with the labor safety consulting service provider company; Along with the manager, ensure the department's complete readiness and smooth operation for labor safety inspections; Have information about the current situation in the hotel; The assistant to the security manager is responsible for coordinating security operations, training the entire security personnel, controlling, managing, and evaluating the quality of daily operational procedures' implementation;

Requirements:

Experience in working as an assistant to the security manager or supervisor; Knowledge of a foreign language (English, Russian);
