Call Center Operator

We are looking for an active, customer-oriented, and result-focused Call Center Operator to join our growing real estate team.

Work location: Tbilisi, Noe Ramishvili St. 30 Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Remuneration: To be agreed upon (based on qualification) + bonus system

Main responsibilities:

Making outgoing calls to potential and existing clients for sales purposes; Identifying potential clients' needs and interests and presenting relevant offers; Providing competent and detailed consultations to clients about the company's current construction projects; Converting interested clients into the sales process and scheduling meetings; Managing customer messages and chats from social media; Recording customer data, call results, and sales process in the CRM system; Conducting follow-up and subsequent communication with potential clients.

Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages (knowledge of Turkish or Azerbaijani is considered an advantage) Experience working in a call center/customer service field; Experience working in sales Experience working in the construction/real estate field is considered an advantage; Basic knowledge of MS Office; Experience working with CRM systems is desirable.
