At this stage, we are looking for an experienced and highly qualified professional to fill the position of Project Manager.

„Element Fit-Out“ announces a vacancy for a Fit-Out and renovation project manager.

Main responsibilities: - Full management of Fit-Out and interior renovation projects - from planning to final delivery; - Organization of project work and effective management of deadlines, budget, quality, and resources; - Development of a detailed work plan and schedule, and monitoring of implementation; - Study, analysis, and ensuring compliance of project and technical documentation with project requirements; - Coordination and control of interior renovation, Fit-Out, and engineering work; - Quality control of completed work and ensuring compliance with established standards; - Identification of technical issues and challenges that arise during the project and ensuring their effective solution; - Effective communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved; - Conducting project-related negotiations and ensuring smooth workflow; - Timely identification of project risks and planning appropriate measures for their prevention and management; - Leadership of the project team, distribution of tasks, and control of implementation; - Planning of human resources and participation in the selection process for relevant personnel if necessary; - Ensuring necessary communication with local government bodies; - Control of compliance with current legislation, labor safety standards, and relevant standards; - Participation in regular working meetings and reporting on project progress; - Preparation of weekly and monthly reports; - Providing professional recommendations and offering optimal solutions within the project; - Ensuring successful implementation and delivery of the project in accordance with established deadlines, approved budget, and quality requirements.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in construction, engineering, or a related field; - At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of programs (MS Office, MS Project, Archicad, Autocad, Revit); - Mandatory English language skills; - Russian language skills are desirable;
