Sales Manager

The real estate development company "Builders" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Detailed analysis of the market and development of sales tactics;
• Timely identification of new sales opportunities;
• Development of various promotions and joint projects;
• Answering phone calls and managing social media;
• Providing potential clients with complete information about real estate for sale, planning meetings, and managing the negotiation process;
• Signing contracts with clients and ensuring registration in the public registry;
• Periodic research and analysis of the real estate market;
• Preparing periodic reports on sales results;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan;
• Working on other current sales-related issues;

Main requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales in the construction sector;
• Experience in marketing and/or social media;
• Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable;
• Knowledge of office programs.

Personal skills:

• Ability to conduct negotiations;
• Knowledge of service standards;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Organizational skills.

Additional information:

• Salary: fixed and bonus system;
• Work schedule: 10:00-19:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Workplace: Tbilisi, Isani district
