Junior Operations Manager

"OfficeMart" is a leading company in the office supplies sector, which has been providing high-quality products and services to customers for 13 years. Our team is constantly growing and we are currently looking for a Junior Operations Manager to manage the order process.

Job Conditions:

• Full-time position, 09:30-18:00 (Saturdays remotely 10:30-13:00)
• Salary: 1200/1500 GEL (depending on qualifications)
• Address: Tbilisi, A. Baramidze 5a (Sanzona - near Guramishvili metro)

Requirements:

• Effective and pleasant communication skills;
• Fluent writing and speaking in Georgian;
• Experience working in a similar or analogous position;
• High-level knowledge of MS Office;
• Experience working with accounting software (FINA) will be considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring the full cycle of incoming orders;
• Programming orders in organizational work programs (FINA & ASANA);
• Document management (invoices, commodity invoices);
• Informing relevant persons in case of problematic situations;
• Managing email and other electronic communication tools;
• Receiving phone calls from customers.
