HR Manager

Company "Sono Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of HR Manager.

Location: Tbilisi; Work format: Full-time (Monday to Friday). Remuneration: Determined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative person who will be involved in the daily processes of human resource management and administration.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Participation in the recruitment process;
• Preparation and production of documentation;
• Updating of employees' personal files and data;
• Administration of leaves and other personnel issues;
• Management of onboarding processes
• Participation in the improvement of HR processes;
• Training and evaluation of employees.
• Monitoring of labor market and remuneration trends for relevant positions.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in the HR field;
• General knowledge of labor legislation;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Good communication and writing skills;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work with confidential information;
• Teamwork skills.
