Entree announces a vacancy for the position of an exclusive restaurant hostess.
Initial remuneration 1500 GEL Schedule: 8 hours a day 5 working days a week
Main responsibilities
- Reception and accommodation of guests
- Warm and polite greeting of guests upon entry
- Distribution of tables / management of reservations
- Management of the waiting list as needed and notification of guests about the estimated time
Escorting guests to the table and handing over the menu
- Coordination of reservations
- Receiving and organizing telephone and online reservations
- Knowledge of the layout of the hall and effective distribution of tables (according to capacity, group size)
- Recording of special requests (allergy, celebration, guests with a wheelchair, etc.)
Communication with the team
- Coordination with the service team to evenly distribute the table load
- Connection with the kitchen and management during peak load
Guest farewell
- Thanking and inviting them to come again when leaving
- Receiving feedback as needed
Administrative functions
- Answering phone calls, answering questions (working hours, menu, location)
