Workplace: M. Kostava 14; Working schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 Salary: 2000-2500 GEL + bonus (upon completion of a project)
Key functions and responsibilities:
Adapting the purchased real estate to meet the future tenant's requirements (within the scope of shell works); Planning works and finding contractors; Developing a detailed work plan and determining deadlines; Controlling the quality of work; Controlling work deadlines; Controlling work prices; Identifying problems and potential delays and reacting in a timely manner; Making decisions about materials and technical means; Handling issues related to subscription/unsubscription, interacting with licensees (water, electricity, gas); Communicating with the future tenant's technical department during the works; Involving the architectural department in the process of obtaining permits for advertising signs and aggregates; Negotiating with neighbors if necessary;
Qualification requirements and necessary skills:
