Job description You, as a Cashier-Operator/Lombard appraiser, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, kind, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interview with the customer, fixing their loan request, and informing them about the bank's lombard procedures and tariffs; - Evaluation of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of appraisal of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance and formalization of credit in the relevant software; - Return of valuables in full or in part when the loan is fully or partially repaid; - In case of overdue credits, compliance with the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending / cashing fast transfers - Working with AI tools and modern technologies - Conversions
