Attorney in Criminal Law

Main responsibilities

• Legal analysis of civil and criminal cases, development of strategy and management of processes;
• Representation of clients in courts, administrative bodies and other relevant instances;
• Preparation and editing of legal documentation (statements, complaints, contracts);
• Provision of legal consultations to clients and protection of their interests at all stages;
• Collection, analysis of evidence and preparation of necessary materials for the case;
• Monitoring of court proceedings and constant study of current legislative changes;
• Effective collaboration with team members and sharing of knowledge.

Mandatory qualifications and skills

• Higher legal education (bachelor's or master's degree);
• Attorney status
• Practical experience in criminal law will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in participating in court proceedings and effective communication skills;
• In-depth knowledge of legislation and analytical thinking;
• High sense of responsibility, organization and ability to work independently.

Attorney in Civil Law

Main responsibilities

• Legal consultation of clients and representation of their interests;
• Preparation of claims, responses, statements and other legal documents in civil cases;
• Participation in court proceedings and representation of clients;
• Study of case materials, assessment of legal risks and development of a strategy for conducting the case;
• Professional communication with clients and relevant agencies.

Qualification requirements

• Active attorney status;
• Experience working in civil law will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Georgian civil legislation and civil procedural law;
• Ability to independently prepare legal documents;
• High sense of responsibility, organization and teamwork skills.
