"Cosmo" has been creating handmade leather bags and accessories since 2015, combining modern design, thematic approach, skilled craftsmanship, and personalization.

Today, Cosmo has 11 branches, a growing team, and its own production facility where young masters create Cosmo products with great enthusiasm and love. We also have a unique "open workshop" concept - a space created around creativity, art, innovation, and care for people. Here, the showroom and workshop rhythms blend into a single atmosphere, allowing customers to see the entire path that materials take to get their final form.

We believe that we build Georgian brands with each team member. That's why we're looking for positive, motivated individuals who love craftsmanship and preferably have sewing experience to work as a Leather Master, as we consider production to be the foundation of our brand.

Full-time employment is preferred.

Workplace - Tbilisi

Responsibilities:

Participation in manual labor stages during production (marking, painting, processing) Following and learning procedures shared by the team leader Thorough learning and involvement in all stages of manual labor, along with the team Following product stages according to Cosmo's defined rules when working with a sewing machine, and working according to plan and standards Receiving and quickly adapting to new things; Receiving and sharing feedback; Ensuring compliance with workshop rules and organizational procedures; Proper time management during production and care for product technical development; Correct communication with each other, including with other departments, and maintaining the highest level of teamwork; Detailed inspection of manufactured leather products, identifying defects, and participating in the correction process, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards. After completing the work process, arranging the workspace and equipment individually and as a team; Compliance with workplace safety rules, use of technical and individual protective equipment, safe use of production equipment and tools;
