The importing distribution company LLC "Tetraproduct" announces a vacancy for the position of Driver-Distributor.

Conditions:

7 working days probation period (without salary, in case of employment, the probation period will be considered worked and paid). Location: Tbilisi, S. Kedia St. #15 (Didube-Tsereteli metro station).

Driver-Distributor responsibilities: Load the board (cleanliness); Deliver goods; Submit reports at the end of the workday and deposit funds into the bank.

Driver-Distributor salary:

From the date of signing the contract, remuneration (salary) for the first month (intern) 1000 GEL (per month), from the second month, remuneration (salary) 1200 GEL fixed (per month); Two Driver-Distributors work on the board, both with equal rights and responsibilities. Day off: Sunday.

A bonus system is also in effect:

Return premium (board): If there are no returned goods during the month, a premium of 500 GEL is issued. If goods are returned from 1 to 99 GEL, a premium of 400 GEL is issued. If goods are returned from 100 to 249 GEL, a premium of 200 GEL is issued. If goods are returned from 250 to 499 GEL, a premium of 100 GEL is issued. If goods are returned 500 GEL or more, a premium of 0 GEL is issued.

Premium for the number of daily distributable objects (board): for example, if there are 35 + 1 objects, a premium of 0.5 GEL is issued for each distributable object, i.e., 36 * 0.5 = 18 GEL. In the case of two people, it is divided by two.

Premium for the sales agent's fulfillment of the planned indicator (board): if the sales agent fulfills 100% of the total planned indicators during the billing month, a premium of 100 GEL is issued for each direction on the board, and if 80% is fulfilled, a premium of 50 GEL is issued (you distribute to six directions).

Driver-Distributor personal qualities:

Teamwork; High sense of responsibility; Ability to plan and optimally distribute work time; Quick thinking; ability to overcome conflict situations; Ability to react quickly and work in a busy mode.

Mandatory requirements:

B category driving license. Knowledge of Tbilisi streets and regions, including other cities (will be considered an advantage). Quick thinking and correct transmission of information about products. Experience working with a cash register. Experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage). Fluent, polished speech in Georgian.
