Assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Turkey

"KTW Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Turkey in Telavi.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative candidate who will ensure the administrative, organizational, and representative activities of the Honorary Consul's office, coordinate cooperation with various agencies, and facilitate the effective functioning of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in the Kakheti region.

Conditions:

**Workplace:** Tbilisi, Saburtalo; due to the specifics of the job, two working days a week will be spent at the office of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in Telavi.

**Work schedule:** Part-time, Monday through Friday.

**Working hours:** Flexible, determined by the functional needs of the position.

**Remuneration:** Determined according to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience.

Main duties:

**Administrative and representative support for the activities of the Honorary Consul;**

**Organization and coordination of official meetings, visits, and delegations;**

**Management of official correspondence and documentation;**

**Ensuring effective communication with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, state agencies, and representatives of the international and private sectors;**

**Promotion of economic, cultural, educational, and tourist cooperation between Turkey and Georgia;**

**Development of tourist potential between the countries, searching for tourist companies and partner organizations, establishing and deepening cooperation;**

**Promotion of KTW Group's wine tourism direction, organization of visits to wine enterprises and tourist facilities for guests and delegations from Turkey;**

**Presentation of KTW Group, Georgian wine culture, and winemaking traditions to foreign guests and partners;**

**Organization of participation in international meetings and events in Turkey and, if necessary, representation of the company;**

**Performance of other tasks assigned by the Honorary Consul.**

Qualification requirements:

**Higher education;**

**Knowledge of Turkish (mandatory);**

**Proficiency in Georgian;**

**Knowledge of English will be considered a significant advantage;**

**Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;**

**Experience working in administrative, organizational, international, or assistant positions will be considered an advantage;**

**High sense of responsibility, organization, and effective time management skills;**

**Good written and verbal communication skills;**

**Ability to observe diplomatic etiquette, official communication, and protection of confidential information;**

**Willingness to participate in business trips and events if necessary.**
