Work schedule and rate: 2/2 schedule, 12-hour shifts
Monthly fixed salary: 1,500 GEL
Main functions and responsibilities:
Serving guests on-site according to established standards, knowledge of the menu Preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages considering approved recipes and standards Preparing sandwiches and similar small food products Controlling the visual and taste quality of products, serving guests Entering and controlling orders in the relevant program/system Preparing the object's space/table for guests, serving, and tidying up Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards Managing settlement procedures Managing the employee team, monitoring service quality, and training employees in terms of service Participating in monthly descriptions and inventory processes Preparing/sharing reports as needed
