The company announces a vacancy for the position of a lawyer.

Workplace: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time Remuneration: by agreement

Main responsibilities:

• Legal support of the company's current activities and provision of legal consultations;
• Preparation, review and assessment of legal risks of contracts and other legal documents;
• Legal assessment of disputed issues related to the company and determination of an appropriate response strategy;
• Representation of the company's interests in courts and administrative bodies;
• Communication with law enforcement and other state agencies and representation of the company's interests, if necessary;
• Preparation of claims, statements, complaints, response positions and other legal documentation;
• Management of legal issues arising with partners, contractors and other third parties;
• Prevention of legal risks and preparation of relevant recommendations.

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 2 years of practical experience as a lawyer;
• Advocate certificate with civil or general specialization;
• Practical experience in court disputes and legal proceedings;
• In-depth knowledge of civil and administrative law;
• Ability to independently prepare legal documents;
• High responsibility, confidentiality and attention to detail.

The candidate's experience will be considered an advantage:

• In the direction of legal support of construction projects;
• In the direction of legal support of tender and procurement procedures;
• In the direction of legal support of the mall / retail outlet of construction and repair materials;
• In the direction of court disputes and legal proceedings.
