Cashier-Operator - Day Shift - Part-time

Financial company LLC "Sono Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Operator (gold and pawn shop, currency conversion) in the day shift.

Conditions:

• Type of work: Part-time.
• Working hours: Possible to agree on time for students.
• Salary: 1200-1500 GEL.
• Insurance and fit pass are optional.
• Paid internship

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Pawn shop gold pawn shop, currency conversion.
• Provide high-quality, accurate, fast and qualified service to customers;
• Polite, friendly and warm attitude towards customers;
• Interview with the customer, fix their loan request and introduce them to the pawn shop procedures and tariffs;
• Assessment of collateral;
• Drawing up contracts and acts of evaluation of valuables;
• Transfer of received valuables to storage;
• Issuance of loans in the relevant software;
• In case of full or partial repayment of the loan, return of valuables in full or in part;
• In case of overdue credits, follow the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines.

Job duties and responsibilities for currency:

• Greet incoming customers and create a good environment;
• Communication with customers and corresponding currency conversion;
• Record-keeping and archiving of relevant documentation;
• Identification in accordance with the legislation, conducting verification processes (if necessary);
• Maintaining order and keeping the office tidy.

Work experience:

• Preferably: pawn shop/microfinance organization/currency exchange point (experience with cash register)//bank (experience with cash register)/, electronics store (should understand electronics), applicants who are well-versed in technology will be given preference (in particular; phones, laptops, computers, etc.) regardless of any profession;
• For those without experience: logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, good learning ability, diligence/motivation.

Requirements: languages - Georgian (good) English and Russian (at a medium level)

Personal qualities:

• The candidate must have logical thinking, teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, organizational and planning skills, it is important that the applicant is constantly tidy and goal-oriented;

• Diligence;
• Ability to work smoothly in stressful situations
