LLC "Oki Way" is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and actively participate in the development of the company's business.

Our company offers customers air freight, international logistics, and customs services. As the official representative of Silk Way West Airlines, we have the opportunity to offer our customers competitive tariff conditions and logistics solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities - Finding and attracting new clients in both local and international markets;

• Establishing and developing business relationships with potential and existing clients;

• Offering the company's services, preparing commercial proposals, and conducting negotiations;

• Communicating with foreign partners and seeking new cooperation opportunities;

• Identifying client needs and preparing tailored tariff offers;

• Managing the sales process and forming long-term partnership relationships.

Qualification Requirements

• Experience working in sales;

Experience in logistics, air freight, or international trade; - Knowledge of Georgian and English languages; knowledge of Russian and additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

• Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations;

• Ability to independently find new clients and develop business relationships;

• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and result-orientedness;

• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
