Main functions and responsibilities:
Interaction with foreign partners and suppliers; Receiving orders related to export products; Preparation of documentation for customs services (related to export-import); Production of relevant documentation for financial settlements; Analysis of exported/imported goods and production of reports; Product ordering; Organization and monitoring of transportation; Receiving, familiarization and confirmation of the correctness of product documents from suppliers; Management and control of customs procedures and documentation (phytosanitary and veterinary); Implementation of customs clearance; Fulfillment of instructions received from the manager (around activities corresponding to the position).
