Main responsibilities:

• Warm and professional greeting of hotel guests;

• Receiving, transporting, and timely delivery of guests' luggage to their rooms;

• Seeing off guests and assisting with transportation if needed;

• Providing guests with information about hotel services and infrastructure;

• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the lobby and luggage area;

• Timely and polite response to guests' requests.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Polite, communicative, and guest-oriented attitude;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Basic knowledge of English, required;

• Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

• Experience in a similar position is desirable but not mandatory.
