Key Responsibilities:
- Daily reflection of bank transfers in the CRM system and linking them to relevant transactions and contracts;
- Identification of discrepancies, detection of non-compliant cases, and coordination with relevant teams;
- Control of accuracy and completeness of client, contract, payment, and property data in CRM;
- Detection of data inconsistencies, identification of causes, documentation, and timely escalation;
- Periodic testing of critical CRM functionality and verification of changes and updates implemented in the system;
- Recording of defects found during testing in ClickUp and controlling the process of their elimination;
- Periodic comparison of CRM data with bank statements;
- Reconciliation of data with the finance and accounting team during the month-end closing process;
- Periodic reporting on data quality and identified problems;
- Participation in the preparation and update of SOPs and work instructions;
- Participation in CRM and data quality improvement initiatives, including automation projects.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education or a graduating student, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, IT, or related fields;
- Working-level knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets;
- Ability to work with numbers and data;
- Analytical and systematic thinking;
