SINSAY Store Manager

The company "LPP Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of SINSAY Store Manager in the city of Khashuri.

Additional information

• Salary: 1800-2000 GEL (depending on experience)

• Workplace: Khashuri, Borjomi Street 210,

• Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities of the position

• Organize the full operation of the store to achieve sales and set goals
• Lead and develop the team: plan schedules, redistribute tasks, train and motivate employees
• Ensure visual merchandising, service, and operational process standards
• Control inventory, monitor product availability, and turnover
• Analyze key store indicators (revenue, conversion, average check, loss) and improvement initiatives
• Ensure reporting accuracy, budget control, and loss prevention
• Prepare the store for audits, inventories, and security checks
• Professionally represent the company in internal and external relations
• Comply with labor laws, health, and safety, and internal regulations
• Participate in opening new stores and implementing company strategies

Qualification requirements and skills

• Higher or professional education
• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with a team of 5+ people
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Knowledge of sales analysis, team management, and retail operations
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service standards
• Computer program knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, and retail reporting)
• English language - at least Intermediate level
• Developed communication and conflict management skills
