Store Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling the daily activities of the store;
• Organizing the work process of employees;
• Managing the sales process and monitoring results;
• Controlling inventory and product accounting;
• Ensuring the quality of customer service;
• Working with a focus on sales growth;
• Maintaining order and work discipline in the store.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a managerial position (desirable);
• Leadership and organizational skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems;
• Knowledge of sales and customer service principles;
• Knowledge of office programs and cash register systems will be considered an advantage.

Cashier Consultant

Main responsibilities:

• Consulting and serving customers;
• Providing information about products;
• Active participation in the sales process;
• Product placement and maintaining order in the store.

Requirements:

• Communication and politeness;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Teamwork skills;
• Experience in sales will be considered an advantage;
• Interest in football will be considered an additional advantage.

Remuneration:

• Consultant - 900₾ + bonus;
• Manager - 1500₾.
