About us

"LaTamo Travel Boutique" is a boutique tour operator in Georgia and the Caucasus. The company was founded by two sisters - Lataura and Tamuna. We host guests from CIS countries, Arab countries, and China, and create authorial routes for them: not mass tourism, but thoughtful travels with a personal approach. We are currently at the beginning of our journey: we are creating a base of partner hotels across Georgia - from Batumi and Kutaisi to Svaneti, Kazbegi, and Kakheti; we are forming the first contracts and having meetings with hotels. We are looking for a person who will take on the operational part and grow with the company.

What you'll do

Hotels and partners

Negotiations with hotels and guesthouses: cooperation conditions, net tariffs, commissions, cancellation conditions, contracts Visits to hotels - room inspections, personal acquaintance, maintaining relationships Updated database of partners: tariffs, seasonality, contacts, agreements on tours Composition of routes and packages according to demand: logistics, accommodation, food, excursions, transfers Calculation of cost and margin, price formation Selection and coordination of guides, drivers, and contractors, searching for new ones if necessary

Clients

Consultations on routes and selection of options according to demand Accompanying bookings from application to arrival Consultations on visa issues and document preparation

Processes and administration

Production of CRM: applications, bookings, statuses, client history Production of working tables: partners, tariffs, tasks, arrivals

Calendar

Preparation of contracts, invoices, and vouchers Setting up processes where they don't exist yet: the company is small and many things are being created from scratch

Who we're looking for

2+ years of experience in tourism - tour operator, travel agency. Relevant experience is important, not just overall seniority Living in Georgia and ready for regular travel within the country Fluent in Russian, Georgian, and English - all three languages are used daily Experience working with CRM Proficient use of modern tools - Google Sheets and Google Docs, email, messengers. We particularly value those who already use AI in their work (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.): this is part of our daily process Responsibility and self-organization - the job is remote, you're in charge: you lead tasks, don't lose agreements, and bring things to completion

Significant advantages

Knowledge of visa procedures: what documents are needed, how and where to submit them, what different countries' citizens require. This is a priority for us - many guests come with visa questions Experience working with CIS, Arab countries, or Chinese markets Understanding of B2B logic: net tariffs, contracts with hotels, working with agencies Category B driver's license Willingness to work in a start-up company where there are no ready-made regulations Experience working with booking systems

Terms

Fully remote work. Visits to hotels are part of the job, expenses are reimbursed by the company Full-time or part-time - it's possible to start part-time and switch to full-time as the workload increases Salary by agreement - we consider individually, based on experience and employment format Direct work with founders, no intermediaries or lengthy agreements Real opportunity to grow with the company: we're just starting out, and the person who sets up the operational part will grow with us
